Screen review: Options tab

The "Options" tab sets global application preferences for startup, storage, logging and notification.

Most of the global preferences are self-explanatory. Like other panels, functional areas are thoughtfully and logically marked out. Even though there is a lot of detail on each screen or tab, it is easy to find and identify the functions they contain.

You can save or load backups of INI preference files. Most users, including myself, will want to store all their suites or profile groups in one single INI. The name of the INI is always as displayed above. It resides in the Program Files folder.

Users with advanced or special needs should see the application's excellent Help file for instructions on how to modify the Startup program shortcut to start with an alternate INI name.
