Avocado Mousse
Ingredients: 1 cup avocado mashed (about 3 avocados) 1 package lemon Jell-O 1 cup boiling water 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream
Use mold -- garnish with mandarin oranges & other fruits.
Use little onion if serving for vegetable salad, and omit garnish of fruit, using tomatoes, and other vegetables.
