3 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
6 slices dry toast
Mash bananas; mix
them with salt, sugar, lemon juice, and butter. Spread the
mixture on toast, and place it in a hot oven (425 deg F.) for
about 5 minutes. Serve hot with cream, if desired.
