Cut up cauliflower
and broccoli.
Chop in food processor: onion, garlic, celery.
change food processor to slicer: do 4 peeled potatoes- cover
these vegetables with water, bring to boil, simmer 30-40 min.
covered.
Add: Schilling herbal seasoning, pepper, bouillon or soup
base, dairy creamer. Stir well until dissolved.
Add: margarine, milk, sour cream, cheddar cheese, flour
with water, bacon bits.
Stir all well, while stirring bring just to boil, remove
from heat, cover for 15 min, serve, stirring with each
serving- may sprinkle paprika on each serving.
