1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bread
3 eggs
2 c milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash cayenne
salt and pepper.
Remove crusts from
buttered bread. Tear in chunks and soak in egg-milk mixture.
Add grated or finely sliced cheese and pour in buttered quart
casserole. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
