SPARERIBS into pieces that can be conveniently handled with
the fingers. Marinate overnight in the INGREDIENTS mixture.
TURN ribs occasionally in marinade. When ready to bake, place
ribs on rack in 325-degree oven for about 1 hour and 15
minutes. Turn ribs several times
for even browning. Serves 8.
