Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add
chicken and garlic; cook and stir until browned. Stir in
rice
and broth. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in lemon peel and pepper. Serve immediately.
