Mix all ingredients
together and beat about 5 minutes. Bake in a well greased pan.
You can use either a 10" Angelfood pan or a 13" x
9" pan in a 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
While still hot, stick a fork all over cake and spoon glaze on
top.
Blend the juice and powdered sugar together, then add
rind. Spoon over cake.
