Saute 2 garlic cloves
and 2 chopped onions and ½ green pepper thinly sliced
in ¼ cup olive oil until tender. Stir in 2 T. flour
for 2 minutes.
Add all ingredients above. Simmer 45 minutes.
Five minutes before serving add 2 orange roughie fillets
cut up, 1-½ pounds Italian sausage sliced, 1 pound
deveined shelled raw shrimp, and 3 cups cooked rice.
Simmer covered 5 minutes.
A good alternate is substitute chicken for the fish. We've
twice had guests who didn't eat fish.
