In small bowl, combine
honey, salt, vinegar & prepared mustard. Gradually add
salad oil, beating thoroughly until the mixture is very well
blended. Stir in the onion and poppy seed. Turn into a pint
jar, cover, and chill for several hours before serving to blend
the flavors. Shake well before mixing in the salad. Makes about
1-1/4 cups dressing.
