Graham Cracker Crust
Crush 1 ½ packs of graham crackers until fine. Melt
about ½ cube of butter and add to the crushed graham
crackers.
Mix with fork until none of the crackers are dry. Pour into
a 9 inch pie pan. With a fork, evenly spread mixture to cover
the bottom of the pan and the sides. Set aside until the
cheese mixture is ready.
Cheese Mixture
Mix together for 1 minute:
sour cream, Philadelphia cream cheese (softened at room
temperature), condensed milk
Add: vanilla, lemon juice
Beat mixture together for 10 minutes or until smooth. Pour
mixture into pie crust and bake for 10 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Refrigerate overnight.
