The document linked below was created by
Ilona Feher to memorialize the infamous "911" terrorism
tragedy of September 11, 2001. It is a stunning creation, and we
are honored to host it at Summitlake.com.
Ilona put the document together in Adobe
Acrobat format, which gives a presentation clarity at least equal
to a glossy magazine. An HTML version is also listed, so that load
time can be split between 5 pages for more convenient dialup viewing.
Most viewers have Acrobat Reader, and most
new browsers will automatically open the document in the Acrobat
format when Acrobat is installed. You need Acrobat to view this
document. If you do not have it, please see the instructions at
the bottom of this page on how to obtain it free at the Adobe site.
Warning: the PDF is large (519K) and can
take a long time to load. But it is worth the wait (and you can
save it for offline viewing). Please view:
Ilona Feher designs websites
and was editor of the Peninsula Apple User Group (PAUG) newsletter
for many years.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat
Reader, or would like to check to see if you have the most current
version, follow the link below to the Adobe site. Acrobat Reader
is free, a snap to install, ad-free, easy to use, and an absolute
must for internet browsing or viewing many comment documents found
on the hard drive. Acrobat is supplied or installed with many high-end
programs, but you should have version 4.0 or better.

Load times: the PDF format will
load on DSL in about 2 seconds (on a good day), or in about 2 minutes
on a 56K dialup connection. You can also right-click (or command-click)
the link to save the PDF to your hard drive for viewing there. AOL
users may need a special plug-in to view within their AOL application.
Internet Explorer is easiest for viewing PDF's on the web once you
have Acrobat reader installed.
The alternate HTML format load
time will vary with connection speed.
